"YABBER-LINER" - ALL ABOARD

Hey Y'all

Spoke to MrsDanny thismorning. Just to say Danny remains in hospital. Unable to do further tests due to other medical stuff so it's a wait and see. He had a fall yesterday and is thoroughly piddled off with having to be in hospital. He has a few good hours and then he gets poorly again and can't catch a breath...

As they're not sure what's going on and are unable to investigate further or establish the cause - he may go home. I'm hoping to talk with him by phone tomorrow.

He has been doing the occasional puzzle so... that's good His appetite has increased just a tad too.

At work so cannee talk. Apols for emails and PM's I haven't replied to - hope to be online after work and zzzzzz.

Thank you for the news. Staying in a hospital can be aggravating. At least Dutchy is starting to do puzzles again.

Appreciate the update Izzie. He seems to be slowly on the mend even with the uncertainty of why all this is going on. Appetite improving and becoming involved in puzzles again, both good signs.

Poor Dutchy. I hate that this is taking so long. I sure do wish they could figure out what was going on. Give him my love. (((Izzie))) Thank you sweet friend.

I'm worried that Danny may go home without knowing what the cause of his illness is.
Though I can certainly appreciate that thoroughly sick & tired of being hospitalized!

Feeling positive, that's the spirit of the Aussies, right Izzie? He's doing puzzles, and eating a little more and ok for a few hours first... Things take time, as we get older, I'm banking on him, backing him and sending hugs too, from across the parks here, down the hill and pass the traffic lights from around the corner.

Keep getting better Dutchy, maybe going home around your wife and surroundings will be better for you, I bet the food is better xxx

DANNY IS HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He arrived back half an hour ago and we spoke for a while - had tears So good to know he is back with MrsDanny.

I'm not sure when he will be able to get online - but he did want me to tell you all the biggest THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who has been wishing him well and praying and posivibing, the encouragement has made such a difference to him.


He's verra tired and it's going to be a very long haul.


but HE'S HOME with his wife and all his bits and pieces around him and THAT IS JUST THE BEST NEWS TO START THE DAY WITH.

Thank you sweet Izzie for a most encouraging update on the legend that is Dutchy; I join the cereous of Madame Tussauds in Darling Harbour, Sydney in wishing him a speedy and full recovery.

Oh Missy how I have missed thee, you are always in my prayers and I do check the Jacuzzi regularly to see if they have been answered, butt alas the Lawd works in mysterious ways. So Ima gonna change the venue to the sauna and hope for better luck (((Mis))).

My dearest friend JW Wandel wrote sometime back, “…I told him that I am from Chicago and visitng my favorite cousin. (He gave me a "knowing" look -- maybe an inside southern thing.)

I was only recently discussing the said inference with my girlfriends parents, who incidentally I get on with very well; due in no small part to the fact that they iz my parents too!

So my dear Sirrh, I say Sirrh, your assumption is truly misplaced; the knowing look was over your omission to include the third ‘i’ in ‘visiting’. However, I could care more or should that be, I couldn’t care more. Which iz it?

May I say in conclusion that the clear concern shown by A2K members towards a stricken compatriot is as humbling as it is gratifying. God bless y’all (well, the ones that believe in God) as for the rest of you; we will talk in the Jacuzzi as it ain’t being used at the moment!

I am sorry I am so absent these days. I miss getting to play like I used to. I am in the middle of a project. If my project works as I hope it does, then I will be truly self employed and may not be able to be as active as I have been in the past. This is good and bad. I am busier, which means I don't get to play much, and you know how I love to play. As soon as I get things in a better place, I will give you all the details. It is exciting and a little scary......and pressureful!

Anyway - the boys - all three are in All Stars this year, as well as starting football practice in July. Nuts. Just NUTS!
