@Dutchy,
Ah Dutchy - just here and there. So busy at work right now. I'm kind of restless at home. Lordy - I want a new job in the worst way. I am blessed to have this though. I think I am just tired. A wee bit whiny tonight. Sorry 'bout that. Smile

@mismi,
Never mind mismy I understand you're a busy girl. Just relax and have one of those special drinks to put the sparkly back in your system, I might even join you even though it is early days yet. Cheers my friend. Drunk

@McTag,
McTag - that did bring me a smile thank you!!! seriously!
coz this phrase - Wherefore art thou Romeo - ive heard a zillion times - still never knew it meant ths and it had a suffix like that Smile
if only i had the time - to just divulge in the beauty of words and idle away..as much as I envy Mismi for her super spirited, super active - mommyship..i must admit...i dream of hideouts! and work as usual is getting hectic!

@verbivore,
The "Yabber-Liner" is rudderless, where is the Captain? Verbivore why is work so hectic, if you want to hide somewhere, the bosun just knows the place. Wink

Thinking about mismi too, one husband, three ankle biters and herself to take care of, i wouldn't swap. Smile

Bosun at his best behaviour took Mrs. B out for a "Schnitzel" night which was delicious, my sons horse won again so I spent my winnings on good food. Laughing

Waves from downunder, also to President Obama who paid downunder a quick visit.

@Dutchy,
Hi.

Ah Verbs - I have to slow down more often than not these days. Being still and quiet is a wonderful thing. Too bad I don't do it MORE often!

Hugs you all.

Drake he's in his hammock an' a thousand miles away,
(Capten, art tha sleepin' there below?)
Slung atween the round shot in Nombre Dios Bay,
An' dreamin' arl the time O' Plymouth Hoe.
Yarnder lumes the Island, yarnder lie the ships,
Wi' sailor lads a-dancing' heel-an'-toe,
An' the shore-lights flashin', an' the night-tide dashin',
He sees et arl so plainly as he saw et long ago.

Drake he was a Devon man, an' ruled the Devon seas,
(Capten, art tha' sleepin' there below?)
Roving' tho' his death fell, he went wi' heart at ease,
A' dreamin' arl the time o' Plymouth Hoe.
"Take my drum to England, hang et by the shore,
Strike et when your powder's runnin' low;
If the Dons sight Devon, I'll quit the port o' Heaven,
An' drum them up the Channel as we drumm'd them long ago."

Drake he's in his hammock till the great Armadas come,
(Capten, art tha sleepin' there below?)
Slung atween the round shot, listenin' for the drum,
An' dreamin arl the time o' Plymouth Hoe.
Call him on the deep sea, call him up the Sound,
Call him when ye sail to meet the foe;
Where the old trade's plyin' an' the old flag flyin'
They shall find him ware an' wakin', as they found him long ago!

Sir Henry Newbolt

@Izzie,
Ahoy, there she is, happy to see you Captain, hope you had some good sleeps during your absence. First decent hot day downunder almost cracked 38 degrees (100 Fah), Bosun kept cool under the airconditioner and almost ate a gallon of ice cream. Smile
