Rugby highlights on ITV this evening, scintillating stuff.

Just wondering....if Ireland, Wales and New Zealand were playing rugby, what was the name of the game England were playing?

@izzythepush,

Eddie Butler in The Observer is worth reading on this. Although he's Welsh, of course.

@McTag,
I don't actually read the Observer, I just don't like it, despite reading the Guardian. I'm not really that bothered about Rugby either, but purely in terms of national pride I had to respond.

I'm not too fond of the Welsh at the moment, not after Cardiff on Wednesday. All I'm really bothered about is Southampton's place at the top of the Championship. I'd gladly see England go crashing out of all the World Cups if it meant that Saints can stay top.

It was poifect! Thanku.

Hot, but we yomped and yomped (little yomp for Tulip as she is a hardened walker) but a big yomp for me - it was magnificent up there... had there been a little mist and rain, I swear I woulda done a Kate Bush and Wuthered My Heights!

Kids did lots of running and hiding - little fella slept for a couple hours when we got home. Man, they do laugh a lot those kids! Tulip and S-girl looked after the dawgs - getting my little girl to drink from a plastic bag bowled up was rather amusing... she just didn't quite get she had to drink! We watched the horses cool down in the quarry - it really was rather special.

I took loads pics but shot raw so don't have the time right now to convert them all - so he's a few... after all, I did say I'd take folk for a walk too Wink Have been chanelling Boida all day hoping for her to get better...

and thinking of those near and far...

I do think I'm truly blessed to live in one of the most beautiful places in the woirld.

scroll on if you get bored Wink

@Izzie,
Evening Izzie, enjoyed the beautiful pictures immensely, you captured everything splendidly, really, realy liked the horses. Now an odd one of yourself and Tulip would be appreciated so we know you were really there. Wink

Public holiday here today, so I'm taking Mrs.B out on the town for a bite, looking forward to that. Sun is shining with a cool 25 degrees coming up. Waves to the crew from downunder.

@Izzie,
You could submit the 4th pic down to Fortean Times simulcra corner. I see an old mans face in profile wearing a hat.

@JPB,
Hi JPB, we seem to have the same eye for beauty, I also loved the ponies. There are more of them on Tulips FB page, just stunning. As part of your exercise program wouldn't you have loved to have joined them?

@Dutchy,
Hi BEAgle - I'm not good at having pics of me any longer for various reasons - Tulip has some on FB but I have untagged them <sorry Tulip) but they're on her home page. Please don't replicate them up here, just one of my quirks Wink

I've so many of beautiful ponies which I'll put on Boida's BA thread

bless our Boida - she's on her way to the hospital - so for those who believe in our posivibing, please think all good things for her...

Have a wonderful time when you go out. It's been a super weekend here, extraordinary and it was nice to go out of the house for a bit.

Hey Zyp - yep, there is the old mans rockface which I captured far better last year. Will try and dig it up from somewhere. The rocks are incredible - HUGE.. MAHOUSIVE ... brings back so many memories from my childhood.

Must go to sleep... up in a few hours and I am sooo exhausted (fantastic exhausted tho - felt so good to walk on the moors) - early start for little fella to go to school and I'm having the new French Doors fitted tomorrow... blech - noise and dust and men-folk here all day... I think I'll be macro-ing in the garden Very Happy

Sleep big crew and thinking of y'all

feeling great tho

just hoping for Boida and for your stready improvement JPB.
