Well, I just wanted to say something to support those I know in the forces and love dearly and those innocent whom are caught up in conflicts


Today is Armed Forces Day in the UK - it's a big deal



A parade of 2,500 military personnel, veterans and cadets has marched down the Royal Mile in Edinburgh to mark UK Armed Forces Day.

The celebrations were attended by the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, Prime Minister David Cameron and First Minister Alex Salmond.

Thousands of people have turned out at events across the Armed Forces Day official host city.

Street parties and parades are also taking place throughout the UK.

Morning Izzie, Bosun just awake, full day ahead. Sun is out so we're going for a drive in them hills and have lunch in a bush pub where they have a big log fire burning.

Winbledon kept me up late but it was worth it, we have a new Aussie hero, 18 year old Bernard Tomic who beat the 5th seed Soderling, and marched into the 4th round next week.

The Bosun is bleary eyed from watching all the tennis from Wimbledon, seen some great matches sofar, particularly last night with our 18 year old Aussie Bernard Tomic making it to the last 8. Izzie your favourite boys are also still there!

I would like to belly dance like Shakira - she has a mix of awkward and amusing as well as the obvious...OBVIOUS moves that crack me up. The crawling through the mud kills me.
