Not at all concerned as I've no control over what's to be or not to be - and I do know everything will be juuuuuuust fine too; I've more pressing things to attend to this weekend - I feel a spot of shuffling coming along. Far more concerned about the parking at the hospital, it's a sodding nightmare even with my blue badge. I need me a chauuuuuuuffeur

I ALWAYS wear black/acid green for dance galas. Tomorrow - I will be in a pink/black/white dress with a pink pompommed head-dress and a bag o' pink jewels. Three of us chose to go pink for the Folklore performance.

We'll dance for all of the Think Pink gang.

A fox trotted up our suburban garden today, this morning before breakfast. My breakfast, I've no idea about the fox's dining arrangements. Then after a few minutes out of sight, it trotted back again.
It was quite reddish, with bushy fur. Many urban foxes look a bit thin and mangy. Not this one. Quite a dandy, in good condition.

Ha! Can't tell how much that made me chuckle - I think not too - YOU KNEW!!!!!!!!! Ooooooooooooh - have a fab time at the gala... and dance dance dance Bethie - pump up with those pom poms Love love xxx

Taggers - oh, love a Mr Fox. Our farmers dislike them - but I love them - we had a fox run at Links Tor - down the side of the paddock and up the bridleway but haven't seen any in my wee garden here. Lots on the road tho How is your ear now? Sorted? Has it made a big difference? Hoping all is well with you and the Cabin Boy xx

Little fella is home having been camping with the school across the border - he had a great time on activities week - one more week and school's out for him for nearly 10 weeks Good golly - what will I do with him for all that time

Body is f.sore - arm (why my arm, where'd that even come from) feels like it's horribly sunburnt - of course, it's not - feels like someones poured a kettle of water over it.... grrrrrrr. Legs not really working so dancing in my head. Heh - massive falling apart the last couple of weeks - dang lupus - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Other than that - all is tickety

N's team made it to the final two teams in the tournament. The final game was supposed to be tonight but it's rained out. Now it won't be till Monday....this is killing me

Thinking pink too. I was at a craft fair last weekend and tons of girls were wearing pink camouflage tee shirts with "titzy chick" written on them. They had purchased them at the breast cancer awareness booth.

Anyhoo... it's meant to be a heatwave here tomorrow... 28deg (yes, that's massive hot for us) and 32deg on Tues! Who knew! Nahhhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't believe it - it's been piddling down this morning and the sun is JUST breaking through. Weatherman says it's gonna be a scorcher tho - in which case, somehow, I don't know how, my lawns need a hair cut. Not been done in weeks now and... ooooooooh dear.

Nem'mind. Not really a problem, 'tis only grass and the daisies are just darling.

OK - going going gone, time to rest - seems to be all that I ever do these days - and lovin' y'all. x

Wow! That's really a heat wave for you folks.

All's well here but my neighbors are going to be cutting and clearing for weeks. I'd take pics but... well, I'm equally adept on both sides of the camera. The house next door is still standing but their side yard looks like a jungle and there's significant structural damage to the building. The one south of them got an estimate of $12,500 to clear their debris (if that's what you can call three large trees completely covering your back yard). And, that's without considering any damage they may find to their fence/patio/pool once the debris is cleared. Then, the next one back lost four trees. He's been working non-stop since Wednesday morning cutting and clearing. He may finish in a week or two. Just an amazing amount of hardwood (oaks, maples, hickory and ash trees) that came down in a matter of seconds.

Missi -- so glad that audit is behind you. I'm sure you did just fine. Knowing you do a good job doesn't prevent the stress of getting through the audit, but at least you can breath easier now. Well done, I'm sure!

somehow my headpiece got turned between the tech rehearsal and after our performance - so the green blob ended up on top of my head! 3 pink headdresses to the left of me in the photo, 3 pink floral dresses as well - mine looks more pirate-yabbery than pink from this angle (the hot pink fleurs on mostly on the front of dress - on top of the pirate stripes).
