hahahhahaha I kill me.

I spent a whole winter waiting for just on cat to keep my feet warm. Two cats, three bags of litter a week, kibble almost as high as lean ground beef and guess who had to invest in fleece lined slippers.

PS: Fleece lined leather slippers make great cat toys.

I bet they do Roger! I miss my kitty so much. But upon being reminded about the kitty litter...I will steer clear of longing for another...for a while anyway.

I am bathing the dogs today. I won't mind them so much then. I love them when they are stinky - just don't enjoy being around them as much when they are stinky. Unfortunately - bathing them means the bathroom and I get soaked. I can't tell you how much I do not like bathing them.

Where can I get a pair a dem rat slippers? They're so gross, they're good.

Me and sil, we're fine now. We always were, but the cabin boy is super-sensitive. And protective of her big sister.

I made a potato gratin thing this evening, very good. Cream, onion, garlic, coriander, nutmeg, cheese, and don't forget the potato. Some parsley too.
Marvellous.

That sounds like comfort food to me. Would love some of that!

Had a kid down this week...fever - nothing else. Lost the other tournament too. Oh well...

All Stars starts next week so we are still up to our eyeballs in it!

how are y'all today?

Well, taking the little fella to school I seem to measure the journey now by how many sneezes there are! Anyhooooooo - other than that - life is good and getting better... and even moreso whilst listening to Radio 2 this morning at 7.40am-ish, all of a sudden, out of the blue - this toon came on and I just knew it was gonna be a good day - made me remember this and smiled big!

heh heh BEAgle - yeah yeah, it's not yer birthday per se, but, ya know, always being one to lalallallla to 'it's a new day, a new dawn and yer feeling gooooooooooooood' (so says Mr Bublé) this Feel Good Friday, thought it'd be nice to have a sing-a-long and "REACH" . I believe you have some chores to catch up on so when yer ready, MrsBEAgle has a list and the decks could do with a bit of scrubbing - and lets trip a little light fantastic on the deck love ya Bosun!

Perhaps AlexChap could catch us some fish and POMcT would be so kind as to put a buffet together in the galley, Osso & Bethie on canapes, RogRat rallying the troops and we could have a us picnic

little bit of mizzly drizzle in the South West today but the garden is blooming luverly - green blanket wrapped around me!

heh, have known a couple rats Mind you, when PaPa pulled my shed down there was a biggun that ran into the water and a big 'ole tunnel under the shed! Who knew! Kitty caught one and left it on the patio a while back now - can't say I'm too fond of them in the wild, but can't say I'm fond of the domesticated sort either Love a mouse tho!

anyhooooo - very pleased to hear you are getting a little better and hope the little fella is too.

I have two fellas upstairs watching "The Lost Boys" at the mo - nope, I don't do vampires either... but they did have some raucous laughter a little earlier when the girl vampire was perturbed having drunk blood and being a vegetarian Eeeeeeeeeeuw - not my cuppa tea at all.

I'm busy sorting shots at the mo as it's raining - and miraculously, I haven't sneezed today - BONUS - voice still husking away but definitely not as crook as the last few weeks and eyes a lot better fer sure.

Will be good to see our Bosun back on board.
