@Dutchy,
Hi, Dutchy! I hope all is well with you, sweetie. You, too, Missy!

Just wanted to jump on the ship and say "hey."

Charlie - Thank God! I checked in here quickly, earlier in the week, to see how things went. Was just in too much of a hurry to get to class and didn't have time to post. Prayers still coming your direction.

Izzie - Dear Izzie, I know. I know things are so very hard right now. I hope you don't mind that I keep you and the boys in my prayers. Strength. You have it. Even when it doesn't feel like it. I know that you must feel so tired at times. So damn tired of it all. Get angry. Cry if you need to. Throw stuff. Do it all, if that is what you need. Then get back up and get back on that horse. You are strong. You are. That bumpy old road that you travel on can't keep you down. Not our Izzie.

Off to my hard dorm bed. G'night.

Love to all.

@Barry The Mod,
Hi JustBrooke and Harbourmaster. Good to see you both on board. Was under the impression school was finished Brooke but obviously you're still hard at work. My best wishes go with you for another successful year. (((JustBrooke))).

Harbourmaster you must be heading for breakfast whilst I'm cooking up something for dinner. Feel like a rump steak, done medium, roast potatoes and brocolli with butter sauce? Might even save you freshly cut pineapple slices with ice cream and cream and open a bottle of red. Smile

@Barry The Mod,
Oh - I am LOVING that song BAzza - played it twice alreasdy - so so beautiful and so true - God is showing Himself to me in so many different ways right now, it is amazing - Even Terry Waite ( ex hostage and special envoy to the Archbishop) was sitting in the waiting room when I went to hospital on Thursday night - unbelievable - All is good.

Hope to seeour Capn at the weekend - Radiotherapy not starting for a few weeks - Just colloected my Tamoxifen from the chemist and about to start taking the drug that I need to be on for the next 5 years - here goes......

Thanks for all your continued Omms and prayers - glad to se you on board Brooke - Love you sister!

Dutchy and Baz - you have just made me so hungry and I have started an alkaline diet to help me through the cancer.

Boida - Thanks so so much for all your advice on the tiredness - I have heard that from several people now and I must say that I am contiually tired before I have even started the radiotherapy - maybe cancer just makes you want to sleep??
JPB - I would love to send over some of my results to you - if you would not mind looking at them - could you pm me an email address if that is not too much trouble and you could look at them - Thank you.

OK - Off to change the beds

Big hugs
FQ xx

@FlavourQueen,
Hi FlavourQueen, good to see you and reading you're doing well. No doubt some changes to your life style are inevitable but you'll soon get used to them.

Can tell you now my sister in law had exactly to the letter what you had 3 years ago, after radiation she was given a clean bill of health. She has routine checkups every 12 months, had one last week and still all positive sofar. Mind you at 72 years of age she is a good deal older than you.

Will keep praying and ommmmmming for you.

Waves and hugs from downunder. (((Charlie)))

@Izzie,
Hi Izzie, well done by R-boy, you have reason to be proud. Sorry to read about S-boy, I do hope he'll get over his troubles very soon, I know you'll be the best of mothers to him.

You are fighting bureaucrats over R-boy, I have a fight with them as well, it's a matter which goes back to 1994, I won then and made them pay. Now they have raised the issue once again and I'm forced to put on my battle cap and fight for my rights. Amazing they can't let a man live in peace.

@verbivore,
Don't worry verbivore you still look as pretty as ever. Wink Eat sensible and in moderation, there is no need to starve yourself, I do, and have no trouble staying lean, taut and terrific Laughing

My problem with the bureaucrats is no big deal, as far as I'm concerned it's just a mental exercise against a few dimwit pen pushers, I shall prevail!
