@Dutchy,
Oh Danny, hope you and A had the best celebration - so happy for you...gosh... few candles on the cake, one more than last year Wink

So lovely to see y'all here and sailing along. Smile Makes me smile so big.

it's been a very long day here - we left aorund 10.30am this moring and came back at around 11pm after the 3 of us walking along the Thames and looking at the Greenwich Uni and the Maritime Museum and having a meal at the Beachcomber restaurant.

Cannot even describe how utterly brilliant The Lion King was - indescribable - magnificent - the sets, the acting, the costumes, the voices, girrafe stilts..... just brilliant... Timon and Pumbah were excellent... it all started off with a 20 foot elephant walking up through the aisle followed by all the animals... amazing.

amazingly Tulip and family were on the same train as us and we arrived together Shocked with them running up behind us.... NaNar was amazing as always - 87 going on 17!!!!!!!! Love her. So good to see Tulips sis and the kidz enjoying themselves - had food in Covent Garden, walked through the markets, boyz were henna'd and Barry did great putting up with girlies shopping. Then to the theatre and gobsmacking.

Tulip et all came on the train with us and we hopped off at Blackheath whilst they continued onto further South.

Tired now... got the Pet Shop Boys on - early start on the morrow and then up to Essex to see FQsis....

have had the best time - Bazza is so generous and a true cockney gent - such a pleasure to be here - THANKU BAZ.... big love.

Going to zzzzzzzzzzzz now - S-boys had a few nosebleeds tonight (ugh) but he's just settled so going to join him after my hot choc.

Hoping all have a good weekend.

Babbling - thinking of you all and Baby Noah and hoping he is faring better. Love you girlie.

k - neeeeeeeed to zzzzz

lovin' y'all

((((Blue)))) xox x

THANK YOU BAZZA, TAHNKU TULIP, KIDZ, NANAR AND SIS... FAB WEEKEND!!!!!!! Razz

To Essex and beyond....

@Izzie,
Hi Izzie how good to read you all had a wonderful time in London, thank you Harbourmaster for looking after the girls.

Now on to see FlavourQueen, any more news on her FIL?

Feeling ok this end, spending another session with my guardian angels today, I'm now officially a guinea pig for the medical profession because of my 'special' condition. Smile

Waves to all.

Hey crew,I/we've had a cracking weekend! Can only echo The Captains praises of T.L.K. THE most spectacular opening to a stage musical I have ever seen,all thanks to that 20 foot high elephant and his baby.
Oh,did I mention Jumbos????????.Finishing off what influenza stopped me doing a while back,here's all of The London Jumbos in one herd. (at The Royal Chelsea Hospital)...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gR5uUDB9K5U
No more jumbos on the streets of London town.They've been replaced by free-to-play ping-pong tables Shocked .Not quite the same is it? The scheme was dreampt up by Colette Hiller of Sing London, who previously placed 30 pianos around the capital in 2009, adorned with the slogan “Play Me, I’m Yours”.
Huge wave to (((annis))) and her "gang".Nice to put faces to names Very Happy but don't give your Mom my phone number.I just know that I'll NEVER keep up with her Wink .What a great lady!
Penny O'Hamster has arrived and has been chilling with a few friends (pics to follow) before our departure on the 11th.
Gotta go and get back onto "night time"
Waves to all the crew near and far!

@Barry The Mod,
Our Captain is very organised isn't she, despite telling us the opposite. Laughing Will have us believe her house is usually in a mess but just look at her latest photo of her paint work, Chez Izzie looks spotless and immaculate! I love talking behind her back now she isn't here to refute my claims. Razz Have a great day Harbourmaster,

OMGAWD Shocked

that's actually quite scary - you know me soooooo well!!!! <missed the lippy off the list - but hey - I'M IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>

and noooo... best not put them in an order as my priorities may not be up to scratch!

THANK YOU so much for letting us stay Baz - as always, a great time was had by all. Made it up to FQsis in 1.5 hours and we haven't stopped yabbering since - she's on a business call now so thought I would quickly post - but I can't keep my eyes open now so gonna have a lie down for a bit in FQ's room.

We had the best time Baz and Tulip - THANK YOU!

Tulip - will call you tomorrow prolly - need to sort out with K-bro what he's doing and then we'll arrange a pick up point - maybe Brentwood???? Love to Mom, Sis and the kidz. xxxx

BEAgle - ha, you made me laugh - the only time my house would be tidy tidy is when I've decorated - everything that was in the hall - is now in the garage... but actually, I left the house tidy with J&J staying - hopefully it will be as tidy on my return (they're pretty good at cleaning up after themselves) which as yet is unknown - think I may stay up with FQ for a while and S-boy may be going off to visit Tulips family for a few days Very Happy

OK - seriously badly need some shuteye - I'm wasted!

Lovin' the crew - very good to see y'all.

Keep praying, but I can tell you the little stud is out of surgery, where they repaired the little hole in his oversized heart and did some work on one of his valves (which took a couple tries). He's in recovery now, but the poor little guy went through a lot already. Hopefully this will work for awhile. A LONG while. My hat's off to anyone who chooses that as a profession. I can ill imagine what it's like to carry such a burden of responsibility. Poor Brooklyn spent the night at the hospital (of course) and probably has yet to sleep, so I don't know if she'll be posting anytime soon.

@OCCOM BILL,
Thank you Occom Bill for your update on little Noah, brave little man to go through all this. Sending heaps of vibes his way and trust Brooklyn can cope with all the drama.

Hi Izzie, enjoy your 'girl's shopping day', bet you'll buy yourself something jazzie having your Sis with you. Like the photo of brother K on facebook, could be one of those hero movie stars straight out of a western. Smile

Still having drps in the eye, have to see the specialist again on the 18th August.

Where is our beautiful miss sunshine, I'll miss you.

Waves to all.

@Letty,
Morning crew the Bosun is awake starting a new day, not much to look forward to, bucketing with rain. After so many dry years this winter has been unbelievable wet. Farmers love it though.

Hi miss Letty, thank you for the song, brought back memories of my visits to old London town, just loved the place.

Izzie, loved your little tea candle holder, and so did Mrs. B, odd you should mention Indeedee, received e-mail from her yesterday. She is doing fine but busy with parents.

Off to have some brekkie. Keep well.

@verbivore,
Hi verbivore, I had a genuine reason to celebrate, it was my wedding anniversary. I didn't forget this time and Mrs. B was very impressed!

You don't need to be scared for an interview, I'm sure you can handle yourself very well, I wish you the very best and hope you'll succeed.

Can I assume little H is well and keeps his mother happy? Cheers my dark eyed beauty. Wink
