Actually, both of those are probably positive for the economy.
I'm going to convert mine to Euros and watch them appreciate in value.

I'm going to invest it overseas...probably India.
I'm going to do this because 1) I've been meaning too, and 2) I think this tax rebate idea is so bad that I'm going to do my little part to help make it fail.
