Can the Democrats play Solomon?

For decades the Democrats have been longing for the day when a black or a woman would be nominated as a presidential candidate. Imagine their chagrin now that they must choose between a black and a woman. Which symbolic candidate do they want the most? How will they decide?

I wonder what the Democrats would do if John Edwards were to announce that he's gay?

Sorry
USA deserve a lady or a coloured one as President.

When you live in a country where democracy means BLACK or WHITE
( two party system) then settle somewhere and educate the consumers.

to hell with the democrats, what would his loving wife of 30 years say?

or wait, what if monkeys flew out of your butt?

and if edwards wins likely its not because he is gay (unless you got a shot of his baby batter the last time you dated him to prove it), but because the democrats want the guy's message undiluted.

btw how about getting over that a black man and woman are running for president of the united states of america? the sum of each person transcends skin color or reproductive system. surely, you are more perseptive than dwelling upon what is obvious to a child, are you not?

For your information I have already voted for a black man- in 1996's Florida Republican Primary I voted for Alan Keyes.

You stuck the little pointy thing in the punch card. How else would you have voted in Florida in 1996. Hope your chad didn't hang OTOH if it did, at least you would have something hanging.

One of those? Explian.

BTW: the proper pronoun in your reply is them since the pronoun is the object of the preposition of.

"those," being ……who were probably dropped on their heads a lot as children.

Quote:
Is Alan Keyes crazy? On drugs? Both?
He just interrupted the moderator in the Iowa debate and demanded to be allowed to address a question that had been addressed to Ron Paul.
I'm sorry, but his demeanor is so contrived, so frenetic, and so out of control, that he's a walking advertisement for the war on drugs.

Quote:
The last time we saw Alan Keyes, it was the Illinois Senate race, where he managed just 27% of the vote. The senator that beat Keyes so bad it got added to the state's black-on-black crime statistics? Barack Obama.

I love it. It's classic Alan Keyes. Enter a contest where the guy who beat you almost three to one in a statewide election isn't even in the LEAD to get the chance to beat you in a national election. It's like he's Don Quixote, if Quixote thought the windmills were gay atheists. So why would he do it? ACTUAL QUOTE TIME!

"I will be trying my best ?- as I forever have, in the course of the years that I have been involved at this level in politics ?- simply to state, without regard for anything else, that which raises the standard of our allegiance to our Creator, God, and challenges people, in every area where we must make decisions, to understand and apply that, and also challenges our people of faith and challenges our citizens."

In other words, if Alan Keyes thinks Jesus said it, then you have to do it.

But Alan Keyes is a politician, and politicians lie, and I don't buy that reason for him jumping in at this point. And as is my wont, I have a number of alternate theories.

Btw crazy Al's got a PhD which kind of devalues mine

Do a google search for alan keyes crazy, and 205,000 hits appear.
