It's a good way, if one has been up late, posting to various threads, of saying "Tai has now left the building & will post no more tonight/this morning."
I rarely post really late now (very, very busy!) but I always felt uncomfortable about leaving the site while in the middle of a number involved late night conversations (because I had to go to bed & sleep! Oz hours are different to most of your hours. :wink: ) without somehow letting the people I'd been talking to, know. Saying "good night" here seemed a polite way of letting folk know that no, I was not bored with the conversation we were having, but I just HAD to go! Because I had to get up in the morning!

2.35am... HA - I should be asleep.
