as i've mentioned before, the economy on guam has really been a mess for several years. it's still a mess now, but at least there's something to look forward to by next year.

other than that on guam it's been rainy and windy for a couple of weeks, been typhoons forming all around us, but thankfully none have hit us.

pueo, my dear,
So lovely to see you back in these parts! Very Happy
What is this "something" you have to look forward to next year?
Do expand on that.
But most of all I'd like to know how you are faring. Is life being good to you?
I hope so!

Wow, it's already midnight and I have to be up by 7 so I can get my legs shaved before I go running with my friend. Wouldn't it be awful to run into some cute guy and have shorts on with hairy legs?
Goodnight all! Very Happy

I hope you met a handsome devil with hairy legs on your run, marty! And that you slept well beforehand, too.

Good (late) afternoon/early evening to you.

( .. & smooches to that gorgeous dog of yours! Very Happy)

Just gone midnight so I went and poured myself a pint glass of water to take to bed.
I set it down on the kitchen worktop in order to check that the back door was locked, and noticed that the cat's bowl was empty (cat's bowl on worktop, due to greedy dog snuffling everything at ground level).

Knowing that the cat likes a feast during the night, I went and got the large bag of cat crunchies, turned round and promptly emptied half of them into my pint glass.

......I definitely think it's time for bed, don't you?

Goodnight everyone!

Goodnight all!

It's just clicked over to Boxing Day here, so my flatulence has now ceased.

I hope you're all enjoying your Christmas day across the pond.

HAPPY BOXING DAY!

Sweet dreams, Olga.

I've been awake a little while. It is 1) still dark, and 2) cold. It would be nice to just go back to bed right now. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

G'night, msolga.

I've got my sis over from Tas at the moment, enjoying our pouring rain and 60mph winds!

When she left Tas, it was 38C.

She only brought summer clothes with her....silly girl.

Oh I'm not quite off to bed yet, Ellpus.

I was responding to the prince's cheekiness last night, after I'd logged off. Naughty fellow, that one!

You have your sister visiting! How nice for you! Having fun?

Silly girl, though ... fancy thinking it was summer everywhere! Very Happy

Reminds me of the folk (in board shorts & T shirts) that arrive home to Melbourne in the middle of winter, having just flown in from Bali.... then complain of the cold! Silly gooses! Laughing
