please explain, why do you call him dubya? God knows I'm gonna regret asking this. I just hope I can live it down.
Middle initial is W, as opposed to his poppie, who is H.W. So George Bush II was called (not sure by whom) "W" to differentiate, and in Texas-speak that becomes "Dubya."
In your country it could stand for "I dubya the village idiot"
and might I add it would be most appropo...
He's Alfred E Neuman of Mad Magazine -- "What, Me Worry?" I don't know how many times I've told you. A much younger shot, of course:
Here you go, lightwizard:
I know, I couldn't find that one. He is a throwback from Kilroy, huh.
Throw back? Like throw back size? You mean you guys coulda thrown him back in the pond, and ya didn't?
Some of the pond life may have a higher IQ
I can think of only one place Dubya belongs right now...
Yikes, what happened to you, gus? Looks like you've been snorting a bit too much. Going pale from your last avatar is an understatement.

Hmmm...better inform the pond that some of the scum went to Washington!
Any artists round here? cuz that would be a great cartoon - pond scum celebrating cuz the big scum's gone to D.C.
I myself have taken to calling him "DUH-Bya" in some forums.
PS. I have that "Nation" cover as a shirt:)
When Al gore said he invented the internet, Bush retorted and said,"if al gore invented the internet then why do all the web addresses begin with dubya?"
Except that Al Gore never said he invented the Internet, an urban legend that's been perpetuated by the ignorant:

Must be that Dubya was again getting his information from the same place that he got the information that Iraq had nucluar (sic) weapons.
I'll pop back now and then charli to check
