more people voted for her. You may now return to your lives and for god's sake quit pulling your hair out. It's most unattractive. Laughing

Because Al Gore and John Kerry are human garbage. How you can't see that is beyond the pale.

Gore is a complete idiot-boob.

John Kerry is a war protestor/communist sympathizer from the 1960's for God's sake. He shouldn't even be allowed to run for office.

Anybody that would vote for either of these two has to be nuts.

Well, technically not half of the country. But thanks to an archaic election system it's not really a problem.

coolwhip, try to find the late '60's Johnny Carson show where Kerry appeared as an anti-war "representative". It's pretty telling.

I hate hippies.

I knew someone would say that. I didn't expect it to be you.

bush is president becuase he got more electoral votes. He got less popular votes. Everyone knows that. the primary is a popular vote thing. Apples and oranges.

Come on Bear... it was both funny and appropriate.

This thread, which offers simplistic explanation and callsl it the "final word"-- with the implication that any analysis of the mechanics or demographics behind her win, is silly at best.

Hillary is the establishment candidate-- and has been for a long time. She had a machine in place, she had a good ground operation and a GOTV effort.

Exit polls indicate that she did very well among women and registered Democrats. Both of these groups are interesting parts of what may turn into to a close Clinton v. Obama race.

Hillary won New Hampshire... and good for her. A lot of work by her and her organization made this possible-- combined with a message that clearly resonated with a lot of New Hamshirites.

But I am rooting for Obama and I hope Obama pays attention to who is voting for Hillary and why so that he can run a better campaign in the upcoming states.

I have said that I will support Hillary if she gets the nod, but there is a long hard contest until then.

May the best man win.

or woman.

I knew your comment was good natured. Smile

But really, we can speculate til the cows come home but the ONLY thing we know for sure is that Hillary won NH because she got the most votes.
