Massive U.S. Airstrike Hits Baghdad

http://www.presstv.ir/photo/20080110/shirsoleiman20080110141051093.jpg

"U.S. bombers and jet fighters unleashed 40,000 pounds of explosives during a 10-minute airstrike Thursday morning, flattening what the military called al Qaeda in Iraq safehavens on the southern outskirts of the capital..."

---------------------

If they are having to do this kind of bombing in the capital city this many years after the invasion, then it means we are losing this war.

Iraq citizens are not the cultivated compassionate comrades-in-search of blood, oil.
But they will chase those rascals who had invaded that country without any regret.

The need for a massive airstrike in a city that the US military allegedly controls would indicate that control is figment of the administrations imagination. What is needed is not a surge but a purge of those lying SOB's in Washington.
