So what's next? Gonna say something about my Mom? Seriously Aqua-man, you must be able to do better than that.

Have fun Wink!

@H2O MAN,
I have the same problem with my 11+ year old EcoWater 3000. I am not incompetent. Is calling the dealer my only option?

I cleaned the Venturi screen and nozzle. I am able to blow through the brine talk line and hear bubbling, so I know that isn't plugged. When I cycle through the regen phases, the motor steps, and it seems to work okay. I removed the inlet side of the control valve and cleaned it. I haven't tried the outlet side, yet, due to the extra complexity of the motor. I do have the factory bypass valve, and that works great.
