Was it Frank Zappa or Jim Morrison who made the famous statement wrt people in denial?

Something like

Quote:

If your children ever find out how lame you are, they'll murder you in your sleep...

I mean if I'd ever voted for SlicKKK KKKlintler and had kids, I'd have a dead-bolt lock on my bedroom door....

If that statement means you don't have kids... well then... the world is a better place. Your gene pool needs to drain out.

I was leaning to voting for Edwards, but I think I might just vote for Hillary to see if Gunga spontaneously combusts at her inauguration.

I recommend it. I'd obviously rather have Pubbies running against the Hildabeast at this point than against a real candidate.

Actually Green Witch I think, since Gunga and all the other high toned, decent republican conservatives on this site are so morally and intellectually superior to the rest of us, that they will have learned from all the bush bashing that it's counterproductive and will embrace Hillary once she's in and give her their 100% support. After all, haven't they been telling us all along that we either have to be with the president or against the president?

I feel certain that Gunga et al will be good sports and good Americans.

(did that sound even a little sincere?)

Being superior to degenerates isn't asking for a whole hell of a lot....

No, it didnt sound sincere.
But then again, sincerity has never been your strong point.

As for supporting Hillary IF she wins, I think you will be surprised.
I think that most conservatives will support her, until she gives us a reason not to.

Unlike you, conservatives (at least the ones I know) dont hate Hillary so much as we disagree with her politics and her stated policy goals.
And also, because we dont want to establish any sort of familial dynasty in the WH.

Think about it, for the last 27 years, since 1980, there has been a Bush or a Clinton in the WH.

Unlike you, we dont hate Hillary just because of her last name, and if she is right about something we will say so.
Bush could do everything you want him to do and you would still hate him, your hatred of his is irrational at best and bordering on phsycopathic
at worst.

So, the conservatives I know will treat Hillary (if she wins) the same way we treat Bush...support him when he is right and oppose him when he is wrong.

Can you honestly say you treat Bush the same way?

My God, in these difficult financial times can the American people bear the added financial strain of picking up the grocery bill for these porkers?

with apologies to stooping to Gungas' level..

Some months back I took one of those online candidate tests and it told me that Mike Huckabee was my man. I was like "Who the hell is Mike Huckabee?".

I'm still wondering, as I am if that website was created by the Clinton campaign.

It must be nice to have no real day job so you can just sit around and stroke your candidate all day long.
