How long does it take to get noticed for a writing job? You know making books and selling them.
Do you mean how long does it take for somebody to come along and ask you to write a book for them so they can sell it for you?
If that is the question the answer is; so long you will die waiting.
No so that you can get published.
If the question is, "How long will it take for an aspiring author to be published?" the answer has many variables.
How good is the writer?
How dogged is the writer--both in turning out pages most days and in finding market niches for her/his works?
