I'm not misleading a single person. You're is opinion is just that. AN OPINION. I don't care what you think about the company and as stated before, it had nothing to do with you. You were probably let go from the company and just sour about the whole situation.

No, no and no. You are 100% WRONG.

Not much of a response but I'll take it I suppose. It was nice going around with you, sir. Also, thank you for staying out of my conversations unless addressed next time. Have a wonderful day, sir.

I suggest getting a rainsoft. They truely are the best.

I guess what I was looking for was an objective perspective that detailed aspects of technology, marketing, efficiency, durability, customer satisfaction, value, and maintenance, all with the tone of professionalism.

If you are a satisfied customer, then congratulations. Just tell us what makes you so positive about your choice. If you are a representative of the company, product or marketing, then you may need to reconsider your approach to debate and discussion, because you're not winning many over with your presentation.

Experience has shown me that 'truly' great equipment speaks for itself and its representives have no need to get petty or vindictive. Rainsoft is still a bit of an enigma to me.

Their service, their lifetime guarentee, their equipment itself.

Moreover...

A little semantics, first. A warranty is a promise on a product, part, instrument, system, i.e., it will function as promised. The part will open/close, turn on/off, will not leak, etc.

A guarantee is a promise on a service, i.e., it will perform/produce as promised. It will remove/reduce iron, soften water, provide a flow rate or volume as promised.

If these things are 'promised' and they don't happen, then the company is responsible to a limited degree. The key word there, of course is limited. Understanding what limits the "lifetime" entails, is important. That's why we have *s in our punctuation.

What is their your "lifetime guarantee"?

It is just strange because one the biggest complaints I get from those customers from companies that offer lifetime whatever is that the company or product is not fixing their problems, and if they do, they still get charged to their surprise. Customers are told that this part is obsolete or that part is not covered and frustration sets in

For me "LIFETIME" is always a red flag at best and a red herring at worse. It is a marketing tool and rarely ever honored in my experience. I have way too many former lifetime warranty/guarantee customers with stories that makes me want to ask you a simple question: Way do you consider them the BEST?
