You are adding apples to oranges; can't be done. Rudy Giuliani was not the President of the U.S. when he was doing the alleged whatever. He was just a l'il ole mayor. President Clinton was the President. There's a difference.
If you know NYC history, Tammany Hall in its day was not known for everything to be 100% aboveboard, so to speak. And, that never hurt NYC. Whatever Giuliani might have done was no worse than 19th and 20th century NYC politics. Don't compare the two. They are not equals.
Actually, I liked Clinton's dalliance in the Whitehouse. I would hope his ejaculatory sigh will haunt the Whitehouse for future generations of guests. Better than hearing Abraham Lincoln's ghost.
