I really enjoyed this late afternoon/evening!

A local band "engaged" me for shooting some photos ... at an quite interesting location: a mansion(and farm), with a -now- closed big brick macking plant.

And the owner, collecting and restoring old cars ...

Thats part of the collection of cars, most of them roadworthy.

We Europeans really built small cars - even 40, 50 years ago

Very nice cars. My favorite always has been an old BMW V8 - you hardly
see them - even collectors did miss out on them.

And BMW straight 6's, the 328! Not so sure about the Fiats, but that sax player standing next to them's not bad.

Actually, those two really played a wonderful duett
(the clarinet player is the babdleader: he plays all instruments, but usually mostly keyboard/piano)

I knew an insurance salesman drove a little bitty Fiat like that, in the 1950s.

We have an Italian restaurant here whose proprietor drives a little red
Fiat. He's got it parked in front of the restaurant every night, and the attention the restaurant gets because of the FIAT, is the best advertising.

Walter, I have only seen a bit, but that seems an eclectric grouping of autos. Is there a theme to the collection?

Actually, that person just collects smaller car - besides the Mercedes.
(He's got an ambulance moped as well as a few other bikes.)

I haven't pictured a lot of that collection - due to the light - and will do that next year when .... see above
