I have an adversion to living life by some schedule or ideal when it's my personal time.
Sure I believe in taking care of yourself, but damn, the answer to everything isn't getting on your bike or going to the gym. Sometimes the answer really is inertia for awhile.
Overall, I believe it's best to do those things when you feel like it. Because missing a couple days or couple weeks is sometimes just what the doctor ordered.....Dr. Chai that is.
If someone went off their usual ways for maybe 6 months or more, I'd wonder about depression.
I'll bet bears back on track in a couple of weeks.
