What is the council for national policy?

They are a tiny "club" of so called influencial conservatives who get together a few times a year and whine about how "they" have to lead Amercia back to the "Right" way of thinking.

A dangerous group as they hold much influence in business and politics.

They are a good example why we need an Estate Tax.
