Question...need help!

Hi! My name is Wes Carnes and I am a MBA student at North Carolina State University. This semester, I am involved in the planning of a new infant medicine dispenser product, and we could really use good information from as many Moms as possible!
Specifically, please reply to this post with info on:
-any BAD experiences that you have had in the past while trying to administer medication to your infant.
-how could a new product effectively address the problem?
-what are the most important features of a baby medicine dispenser? (i.e.- safety, convenience, transfer of ALL the required dose from device to baby, etc.)
-any other info that you would like to provide that would aid us in designing a superior medicine dispenser for infants.
