That is quite interesting, and the first I heard of this.

I think that a lot of people are upset with Patraeus's testimony. He tried to take credit for Baghdad neighborhoods having lower insurgency, failing to mention that this is because they have been ethnically cleansed. Also, his proposed reduction of troops is a joke inasmuch the reduction is already mandated.
