"the contract, which is effective immediately, provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to augment existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

The new facilities could be used for round-ups of Muslim Americans or other American citizens tagged as "enemy combatants."

So can your bedroom. Does that mean we should criticize you and your home for having a bedroom that could be used for rounding up Muslim Americans or other American citizens tagged as "enemy combatants".?

$ 385 million to build detention centers "to support the rapid development of new programs."

What new programs? their not going to need them for the Amnisty bill why would they lock up their production force?

Maybe they need to round up the NRA.
