What I heard recently on one of those shows on the home network - whatever the devil its called - is that paint is prefered over wallpaper when considering selling.
Myself, after experiencing removal of wallpaper - I much more prefer paint.
Paint, no wallpaper - if resale is on your mind. At least in this market.
That's what I though. Don't think we'll sell in the near future, but you never know.
I'm going to paper with what we already have, which are for the rooms I mentioned earlier, using that size stuff and if worse comes to worse, I can take the paper down myself if it ever becomes a problem.
