Republicans want smaller government and they want everything government does to be privatized, Yet our government is a huge employer of Americans while these privatized contractors are all about outsourcing jobs to foreign countries. Do we want our government run by foreign laborers too now? Consider the across the board shoddy job our US contractors did on the work in Afghanistan. These rich corrupt US contractor corporations cut corners every way possible on Afghanistan's now re-crumbling infrastructure they were supposed to have rebuilt right. Should our government give the US contractor firms a taste of their own medicine and outsource the government contracts to foreign corporations too? As Mitt Romney says, what is good for the goose...

Now these state republican governors, since there is not a lot of war to profit from, are creating unnecessary building projects in our major cities for these shoddy contractors in the US to be awarded. We all know that these "deals" are just the republicans way of funneling tax payer money to their corporate cronies for political favors while the republican's private contractors never fully deliver in the end on a properly built quality project. I am not against outsourcing per se, I am against giving companies tax breaks to outsource and I am against the anti-American, anti-China and India etc sentiment, from both sides of the political argument, that goes along with it. TC

You need to watch this. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse just perfectly summed up the circus that has become the Attorney General nominee hearing: "This hearing and this solemn occasion has been co-opted" and "turned into what appears to be a soundbite factory for Fox News and conspiracy theorists everywhere."

We know this does not really work, they will do just as they recently did with Yellowstone, poison the river flowing into the park and render the park baron and lifeless. All rivers and streams should be declared national parks and no energy company should be allow to build and practice their "trade secrets" within 100 miles of them...

Fracking Causes Rancid Black Water To Pour From Faucets In California
http://www.inquisitr.com/1803682/fracking-causes-rancid-black-water-to-pour-from-faucets-in-california/

Should they grow your wine and other vegetables with this water? Will ANYTHING grow from this water? Every week there is a new major water supply poisoned. It is time that "we the people" declare this type of pollution and all out act of war.

Still trust the GOP to run this country? Keystone XL anyone? Do we really want Keystone pipeline traversing the largest water reserves in our country?

@TheCobbler,
Rex,
This line is from the link you posted...

Quote:
It is too early to say if Fracking was directly responsible for the cases in Gardena

But you are saying the exact opposite, that fracking is responsible.
What makes you think you know more than the experts?

@mysteryman,
Let's say it is a hunch.

What makes you so certain it is not fracking? Does that extremely fine monotone powder of a soot in their water look like your average sewerage to you?

No it looks like exactly what it probably is, very fine drilling solution and chemicals. Also one would be foolish to err, even consider ruling out fracking, like you are gleefully and blissfully ignorantly willing to do.

Time will tell won't it... and if it is fracking chemicals how many billions of dollars and decades will it take to repair the water aquifers?

It is the GOP who are truly the "anti-gun" folks. Go ahead, vote republican see where it really gets ya! Do you think the GOP's billionaire donors want poor, uneducated, right wing hillbillies running around with semi-automatics?

Not in the least... Stop fooling yourselves.
