Always Rise Above in Latin

Could someone please tell me what "Always Rise Above" is in latin!? I have found a translation of Sempre Supra -- which I really like, but I'm not sure if this is correct. Please help ...... I want it to not just speak of rising above a situation or person that would otherwise drag you down but also to transcend and or ascend. Would Sempre Supra be applicable to all of the above ....

@DragonFeather,
Change "sempre" to "semper" and you have it.
