Quick Latin translation of 'Brothers of the same mind'

I'd like expert opinion of the above translation. A quick google got me 'Fraters ad idem' and Fraters idem sapite' but I'd rather get an expert source!

I'd go with Fratres ad idem.

Idem sapite means "Be of one mnd". See 2 Corinthians, 13:11.

Note that it is Fratres, not Fraters.

or

quid pri quid pri which is dialect meaning what a man what of him too

my brother my man. pri means man, just trust me. It's dialect. I'm just way good at it.
