Just to inform everyone.

I have contacted H2OMAN about the manuals like the others on here. I PM'd him and he replied very quickly, but he no longer has the manuals.

His hard drive crashed and the PDF files fell victim to the crash.

Hopefully someone here that H2OMAN helped out in the past will be so kind as to return the favor to all of us.

I also have a gold series rainsoft with two tanks, one with controller on top. I just reinstalled mine and need a manual to restart it. Can anyone help with at least start up info? rsledge@comcast.net

I have a rainsoft silver series I have the manual but it doesn't tell me on what setting it should be. my hardness a 9 and it doesn't say on how often it should regenerate can you email me. dean.page@att.net
