hay there :] i got this touchscreen mp3//mp4 player and i dont know how to turn the volume up//down, i just took some pictures so this is it

What make and model is your player? I'll bet you can find an operating manual online.
Without much detail about the make and model, it is difficult to give you a lot of specific guidance.
Have you checked the side edges of it for some slider controls?
