When has religion irked you personally and why?

maliagar,

Are you going to answer? Here are the questions again:

Do you assert that the religious have moral highground over the secular?

Do you assert that there has never been a secular humanist?

You won't be able to blame yet another avoidance on us so you might want to address this.

You continue to avoid bringing your evidence with the cheap recourse of repeating questions that have been already answered... Do you like to walk in circles?

You're disappointing me, Crave...

Now questions about your position need evidence too? Come on, even by your standards that's a stretch.

Again:

Do you assert that the religious have moral highground over the secular?

Do you assert that there has never been a secular humanist?

And remember, simply typing after something is asked doesn't count as an answer to me. You often claim to have answered things when you had in fact ignored them and launched a diatribe. So a simple yes or no will work.

And it's been provided. You're the one who has refused repeatedly to provide your evidence.

Do you assert that there has never been a secular humanist?

Read back.

cav, If I'm reading everybody correctly, most people are not irked by religion, only by those who would continue to 'preach' their religion in our face whether we want it or not. c.i.

Maliagar,

I have read back. I'm not even asking you a loaded question. I am asking you to clarify two questions I have about YOUR assertions.

It would take a total of 6 letters to answer.

BTW, Husker's a Christian. Why are you ragging him as well?

Yeah, c.i., I think that sums it up. Say, while we are digressing, I'll slap my own religion on you, as that seems the thing to do in this thread Laughing Do you mind posting some of the food photos from our dinner on your Canada trip travel thread? I would appreciate it Wink

maliagar is ragging husker, because he's not a Roman Catholic - the only church approved by god. c.i.

Thanks c.i. Wink maliagar, ask husker about his good works, if you choose to. Maybe you will learn something. I don't know if he is a 'secular humanist', as you define it, but from what I know, he is still a better Christian than you.
