yep, they did. would be very interesting to see live, i think.

(took a class from a theater director who, in addition to a lot of other stuff, does a lot of fusion of various puppetry techniques from around the world, and the subtlety and effectiveness of many of them was mind-blowing to someone accustomed to Punch-and-Judy-in-a-refrigerator-box stuff.)
