Nope...it's head, shoulders, arms, tummy, hips, legs, feet...the whole shebang of pallas.
If it were just the bust, that would be kinda obscene . . . or just sad, like this poor critter--no head, no arms . . .
Hmmm. Perhaps I was thinking of another bust.

Only Athena wouldn't have no bellybutton, nor wings neither.
I do believe however, even though sprung from the head of Zeus, that i am not mistaken in asserting that she would have a bust--even if it were not sufficiently protuberant to get her a job in the pornos . . .
Of course Athena is just one of a number of well-pedigreed female dieties in a large number of pantheons who has survived underground.
Consider Bridgid:

Didn't say nowt about no bustses.
Brigid, of course, has no problem with
her bust . . .
Athena will now be marketing her own action figure, which has solved the bust problem.

He moves in mysterious ways....oh, no, wait...that's the oth
"He moves in mysterious ways" is the oft heard reply of clergymen who don't have any serious answers to peoples serious questions. The expression does not represent the Almighty or his ways as revealed in the Bible. However, it does represent the clergymen who try to dazzle folks with their titles and try to con folks into believing that God hasn't supplied any answers to their questions. This is the ultimate "blind leading the blind" to quote Matthew 15:14.
However, on the bright side, I note that more people are looking elsewhere for answers now! In my opinion, that is a step in the right direction. Example, ask a grieving parent who recently lost a child in death if "God needed another angel in heaven," isn't hogwash. God does not bereave parents of their children. He soon intends to restore them from death. (John 5:28)
Brigid, of course, has no problem with her bust . . .
The less prudish among you might like to read Proverbs 5:15-19. The Bible is not shy about describing what men enjoy, but it also reminds us where to look and to keep it honorable.
We need a volunteer: someone has to kill Setanta. I'm sorry but that's the way it has to be.
"If your brother ... or your daughter, or the spouse whom you embrace, or your most intimate friend, tries to ... seduce you, saying, 'Let us go and serve other gods,' unknow to you or your ancestors before you, gods of the people surrounding you, whether near to you or far away, anywhere throughout the world ... you must not listen to him; you must show no pity, you must not spare him ... No, you must kill him, your hand must strike the first blow in putting him to death and the hands of the rest of the people following. You must stone him to death, since he tried to divert you from Yahweh your God." -Deuteronomy 13:7-11
I think it would be okay if we waited until the weekend for him to get his affairs in order but after that ---- he's got to go.

Athena will strike you dead, Joe, just as soon as she gets a super bra that fits without the straps digging into her shoulders.
There is no such thing. A bra that fits that is, even the one I'm wearing now which I had especially made for me at the Big and Tall....wait a minute....I am not to speak of these things.
Joe(It is just as unlikely for Athena to exist as a bra that fits)Nation
When the thunderbolts come raining down, don't come whining to me. (You do know, i would presume, who Athena's daddy is.)

I prefer to go the route of Proverbs 5:20.
"He moves in mysterious way." Does that mean when he wants to occupy a new abode, he doesn't use starving college students and a van?

Popular choice!
The difficult thing to understand is the swill, the godswill, I mean. Is it something people drink before a game?
"It was godswill that we succeed today."
Can it be improperly taken and result in a bad result.
"There was nothing to be done with his cancer, it was godswill."
Does anyone else have the difficulty understanding?
