Washington Fired from Grey's Anatomy

This action was a mistake.

I disagree. He was inappropriate and disrespectful to his fellow cast members on more than one occasion, and in public arenas. If he cannot maintain professionalism, then he does not deserve to work in such good company.

It was a mistake to fire a star who was a drawing power for the show. Many viewers feel the way Washington felt about TR Knight, and will stop viewing the show, now that Washington is gone.

Washington is a far better actor than is Knight!
