For dinner? Half a spaghetti squash with Trader Joe's Arrabbiata sauce with seasoned mushrooms.

Took the spaghetti squash seeds and roasted them while eating dinner. Very happy for how they turned out.

@tsarstepan,
How did you roast them, Steve? Did you put any seasoning on them, or oil?

@TomTomBinks,
Carved off a chunk of the baked potato I made for dinner tonight. It still doesn’t taste all that good.....I think there is something wrong with my taste buds.

@glitterbag,
Could be the potato, not all spuds are alike and some can taste bloody awful.

@izzythepush,
the last hunk of apple pie. We left it on the counter so it could stay at fairly room temp overnight. We got some cheeses at the Independent yesterday and have had the pie and some New Brunswick cheddar all nicely nuked together. Very tasty. Thatll hold me to lunch when Im hoping to get a nice scallop pie.
Seems that pies are on the menu today as we leave lovely Maritime Canada

No oil but I do have some salt, garlic, and black pepper seasoning mix I made a fair time ago that I'm still trying to use up and finish that I used here.

Simply roasted them in my (very inconsistent) oven for about 15 minutes.

@tsarstepan,
Sounds awesome! For pumpkin seeds I use olive oil, salt a little garlic and a touch of cumin.

Mug of Harney and Sons' Organic Assam tea. Free sample. Not bad. Try again when I'm not overly teaed right now.

@ehBeth,
Homemade lemonade, made with splenda - not bad, little sour, but I like it that way.

Chicken stew, from which I take a small portion and bite a little piece of dry cheese, have no idea why I like the weird taste... some grapes and hot tea.

@BillW,
We had a very late lunch and then the children started coming for Halloween........well, we skipped dinner.....and I buttered toasted bread and spread a little cherry preserves on top. I haven't had toast and preserves for a long long time. It was a an unexpected treat, and I may just have another before the night is over.

@BillW,
We can share, but you will have to butter your own toast.
