@ehBeth,
A total mistake...
I spent part of yesterday making Pumpkin muffins, changing a recipe only by cutting some of the amount of sugar. Took two out of the freezer this morning for breakfast. Oh, man, the one I ate was terrible. Worst thing I've baked for months or maybe even years.

Now to take the muffins out of their "paper skirts", put the skirts in the trash bin, take the remaining muffins and put them in lots of water and break them down enough to go in the garbage disposal. No, I won't offer them to neighbors, they might throw them at me, though ordinarily we get along quite well.

Ah, but today is better. I just now am sipping on my favorite new drink: fresh coffee, chilled, then dark chocolate almond milk, heated together. I use equal amounts so far, but I'll likely start to cut the amount of choc almond milk and have more coffee in the glass or mug.

Have you ever tried their ice cream? I forgot the name but they make a vanilla chocolate swirl that is so creamy and gooooood.

Unfortunately that's not the last thing I put in my mouth.....instead it was just a cough drop sighhhhhhhh.
