@tsarstepan,
Starbucks Reserve Blend from the roastery on Capital Hill Seattle with 1/2&1/2.

Pancakes are next, having a late start to my day....I've been very busy with family obligations the last few as we did the grad family reunion for my youngest, who left yesterday for Quartermaster Corps training @ Ft Lee on his way to joining the 101st Airborne as an officer. He has 4 months left on our cell phone plan and then all three of my kids (born 1989-1994) will be totally on their own.

I did a good job of raising adults, I feel really great about that.

@farmerman,
cheaper to order it directly from Harney's (just finished some price-checking on the black tea (choco-mint variety))

Tea is heavy on fluoride, isn't it?

Wheatgrass juice, but held in the mouth and swirled around like the oil-pulling technique. It's absorbed into the bloodstream, and helps mineralise the teeth.

@Builder,
Quote:
Most published reports show 1 to 5 milligrams of fluoride per liter of black tea, but a new study shows that number could be as high as 9 milligrams.

Fluoride is known to help prevent dental cavities, but long-term ingestion of excessive amounts could cause bone problems. The average person ingests a very safe amount, 2 to 3 milligrams, daily through fluoridated drinking water, toothpaste and food. It would take ingesting about 20 milligrams a day over 10 or more years before posing a significant risk to bone health.

Bone problems meaning fluorosis, and porosity disorders. It's also widely known that too much fluoride causes memory loss, and low creativity.

@ehBeth,
I'll either order from Harneys again when shipping is free or maybe try the Harney and Sons store when I'm in the neighborhood of Broome St.

Mocha concoction. Took one Columbia coffee pouch, brewed it on the iced coffee cycle on the office machine. Filled the rest of the mug with Whole Foods chocolate milk. Pretty yummers.

That sounds truly awful, I think it might even give me nightmares.

@izzythepush,
I try to steer clear of chocolate in tea. Doesn't seem right to me.

@tsarstepan,
I avoid most flavourings, Earl Grey and Orange Pekoe are about as far as I'll go.

@izzythepush,
Personally I don't get all the flavored Vodkas or Rums. Why can't you add fruit juice or a pure liquor to snap it up. I don't want chocolate in drinks (ok, maybe chocolate milk, but that's where I draw the line). I don't want to drink marshmallow flavored Vodka, yukšŸ¤¢

@glitterbag,
It depends, I like some flavoured vodkas but not others. If you want a fruit flavoured spirit though the French got it right with Eau de vie.

@tsarstepan,
it's fairly traditional if you like South / Central America hot brews

__

loose tea from Paris with caramel flavouring mixed with Teany masala chai - it adds sweetness without adding sugar

Might as well be written in Portuguese. Don't think I ever had South or Central American tea before. If it means anything, I'm not a fan of Mexican hot chocolate, which is too bitter and dark for my sensibilities. The heat of the spiciness does nothing for me there.
