oooh, that sounds good. It reminds me of a soup I had once, just the best, firm crispy tofu (aka bean curd) stuffed with lap cheong.
Last thing and first thing this morning, coffee with smidge of sugar. I'm about to eat a salmon potato fishcake with some spicy mayo dip.

mini meatballs with all kinds of random seasonings cooked with a chopped up big onion and then a jar of old school Ragu and a few tablespoons of cheap parm
ate my serving on a heavily poppy-seeded hot dog bun
Bella, the little dog, really enjoyed her share of everything
she got a big spoon of sauce on her last serving of kibble as well
long story about why I was looking for a recipe involving canned pumpkin but ... this is a mouthgasm
(I added a sauteed onion and more nutmeg, and switched out a bit of jarred alfredo sauce for the milk since there's no milk in here - or within about six houses)
Leftovers Soup -
all previously cooked and frozen: corn, diced potato, balsamic red onions, madagascar pink rice, some farro, ground beef, chicken, kale, garlic...
