Homemade seed crackers, the ones I talked about making a couple of weeks ago, from a Penzeys recipe. I made up the dough and double saranwrapped it and the dough stayed fine in the fridge all this time. Tad salty, but I happen to like salt. Next time, less of it. The seeds I tried were poppy, caraway, fennel, and sesame.
last one in my mouth was one of the sesame ones... good.
