egads, I haven't made those since late 70's, early 80's. Hmm, I know my market doesn't have "sticky rice" but I can call around. At least Talin probably does, and we haven't been there in a few years now. Wonderful wonderful wonderful store, way across town.

I remember that it is expensive, not so much for individual products as that I can't help myself from going shopping berserk.
adds, I did look, and I didn't know about sticky rice flour (aka glutinous) - I always made rice balls, stuffed. Which reminds me of my other loved food, arancini/suppli al telefono. I used to make those back in CA.. baked instead of the usual fried.
