covered with a sauce of sauteed onions, garlic, olives (I ate the almonds out of the middle first), a bit of ground beef and then the balance of a jar of vodka sauce I'd opened for melted cheese sandwiches
I roasted some baby back pork ribs a few days ago and still have had some leftover kansas city bbq sauce, both delicious. That'll be dinner in a few hours, maybe with some of the sauteed spicy brussels sprouts waiting to thaw.
