Flour tortilla wrapped around the last of the cole slaw, some diced andouille sausage, some recently roasted poblano bits, and some feta cheese, put in foil and oven heated. Zowie.

my own version of Pizza Milano -
simple - asadero cheese, previously roasted balsamic red onion, pine nuts, dough. Tastes good. The local restaurant that makes it uses fontina cheese.

freezer cleanout soup - pasta (shells), previously cooked collard greens, poblano chile bits, sauteed eggplant, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, peas, hot italian sausage bits, minced garlic, chicken broth, lil bit of tomato sauce.

For Christmas, my boss gave me a cup heater, that plugs into my computer via USB, so I'd stop whinging about my tea getting cold! It looks like a big plastic biscuit (cookie for Nortamericans) but works OK.
