A concoction I just made up of delicata squash, onion, asparagus, with some leftover roasted garlic & diced up pork tenderloin. Oh, and added a dash poblano pepper/creamed tomato soup to make it saucey.

Surprisingly good.

@blueveinedthrobber,
Handful of unsalted peanuts... Meh! The peanuts were two for one sale at Rite Aid and I accidentally grabbed the unsalted ones instead of the salted ones. At least with the lack of salt, that'll keep me from oversnacking on them. Embarrassed

@vonny,
I just finished slow roasting some brussels sprouts (not many, they're on the costly side and I just wanted to try it). Sprouts, garlic, some onion, s & p, olive oil..

I like them, and they make me wonder about roasted cabbage..

anyway, others might hate them, as they have some bitter element. I'm fine with bitter.
