veggie ricotta torta - this time with chopped up green beans, spicy green pepper, pickled mushrooms, spicy eggplant, garlic, a little turmeric; 'mexican' asadero cheese in with the eggs and ricotta; olive oil crust.

That cheese is new to me, tried it for the price, found it delicious.
