a couple of egg rolls (cabbage, sausage or ham bits, garlic, onion bits, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, spicy green pepper) with a rice vinegar (and stuff) dip
Oatmeal made with a blend of almond, rice, hazelnut milk, added fresh sliced almonds, pecans, and on top of that Raisin Bran with cinnamon. Talk about sticking to your ribs. Then I drink a half glass of prune juice.
