most versions I see of salmon salad are the same as tuna salad with the optional addition of dill

Moroccan mint consists of gunpowder green tea and peppermint. My concoction consists of one normal green tea bag and a one peppermint tea bag.

I want to make stuffed portobella shrooms.

feta cheese is the only ingredient I have so far.

must be gluten and cow dairy free.

sausage
some kinda dried fruit (just a tiny tiny bit for tartness)
the chopped up stem of a mushroom or two
onion/garlic/scape
some kind of broth to hold it together
