What kind of tea? What is your favorite?

The best tea I have ever had, was an unsweet. Ice tea that had cinnamon or something in it...with lemon

I don't drink much hot tea...

Ever tried Oslong? I honestly did not care for it...

I've got 40+ types of tea in the cupboards. Somewhere there's a photo I posted once. I laughed when I saw it - it's more overwhelming as a photo than as stacks of tea boxes and tins in the cupboard.

Seven ricotta/flour/egg/parmesan/turnip green/s & p gnocchi with chipotle tomato oregano basil garlic sauce, all nice and hot (slurp)

Beth - I saw your comment somewhere about the fail of rice gnocchi - thanks for the warning. I have some recipes for it but I think I'll avoid that for a while.

My next plan is to make some arancini (suppli al telefono) - basically, cooked arborio rice balls with cubes of mozzarella in them, dipped in egg and coated with bread crumbs, usually fried, but I bake them.

Sometimes my ricotta gnocchi are too soft - I should look around at my different recipes.
Have you ever made semolina gnocchi? I might like those.
