Seven ricotta/flour/egg/parmesan/turnip green/s & p gnocchi with chipotle tomato oregano basil garlic sauce, all nice and hot (slurp)
Beth - I saw your comment somewhere about the fail of rice gnocchi - thanks for the warning. I have some recipes for it but I think I'll avoid that for a while.
My next plan is to make some arancini (suppli al telefono) - basically, cooked arborio rice balls with cubes of mozzarella in them, dipped in egg and coated with bread crumbs, usually fried, but I bake them.
Getting hungry again as we speak, but I won't make them today, freezer getting crowded.
