@XXSpadeMasterXX,
How tasty were they? (grins)
Were they big or small potatoes? I'm not asking re your somehow hogging out, but that certain potatoes taste better than others, even without adding this and that to them - freshness, maybe the soil they came from, how they were cooked, and so on.

Last thing I ate was a soup I made out of my final frozen packet of pork adobado, some of my saved adobado sauce, thin slicing the chunks, with some added chicken stock, some already slow cooked pinto beans, extra garlic, and at the last minute, some thawed and sliced and warmed potato gnocchi (dumplings). Not something you'd find in a restaurant, but good on a shivery day.

@XXSpadeMasterXX,
red russets - I bet not, those are small reds, not russets (the reds are my favorites..)
Russets are the mealy potatoes (mealy not always a bad thing) used for baked potatoes.
I happen to like roasted reds better than russets, and even for mashed potatoes.

@Ragman,
I like Wendy's Chili, plus not many calories, I'm still working off that 5 extra lbs.
